Brita Wissen hat sich nach Abschluss ihres naturwissenschaftlichen Studiums auf die Frage konzentriert, "Was zeichnet erfolgreiche Menschen oder Teams aus?". Ihr Schwerpunkt war und ist die technische Arbeitsumgebung, in der häufig nur Zahlen, Daten und Fakten zählen. So hat sich Frau Wissen ein fundiertes psycho- und neurologisches Wissen erarbeitet, dass sie seit über 15 Jahren im Coaching-Bereich einsetzt.

Steve is the founder and chairman of Mdina International – a company which was set up in 1980, with the aim of providing bespoke training programmes, a niche which was undeveloped in the market place at the time.
Steve has over 30 years of experience in the field of training and management consultancy. In addition to being a certified management consultant, Steve is chairman of Hili Ventures Group , together with a number of other company boards in the UK, Malta and Germany.

Wendy Raywood is a Human Resources and Learning & Development Specialist and an Executive Coach and Mentor. Wendy holds a BSc in Human Resources Management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring and a tertiary Level Certification in Business Studies and Leadership & Management.
Wendy has designed and delivered training programmes for over 15 years which includes a wide portfolio of soft-skills courses and internationally accredited certificates and diplomas. Her career has enabled her to gain a wealth of work experience from a variety of sectors which allows her as trainer to empathise with demands within all work-roles.
Her professional journey started from an administration background in the UK, which developed into a managerial role. Wendy was intricately involved in supporting a strategic learning and development function within both Public and Private Sectors in the UK.
Wendy relocated to Malta in 2007 and has developed into an accomplished senior manager having led organisational development and quality assurance strategies for two large organisations on the island.
As a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor, Wendy also coaches both senior and developing executives committed to support clients to attain their professional and personal goals. Wendy’s coaching style is described as focused, energetic and practical, with a high emphasis on encouraging action and change. John is a qualified, experienced training consultant, performance coach and NLP practitioner with over 20 year’s industrial experience.

Hazel has over 20 years’ experience delivering training and facilitating personal growth and development to a wide audience. Passionate about people, she engages multi-dimensional techniques which greatly improve self-awareness, behavioural change and effective communication.
With a background in Education Management for the Health and Wellness Industry she has developed individuals, teams and organisations both in the public and private sectors. At national level she has been instrumental in the development of National Occupational Standards and has successfully implemented rigorous quality systems for qualifications.
A specific interest in human behaviour, and a desire to gain insight into subconscious processing led her to study as a Kinesiologist. When faced with change, resistance is often experienced and a greater understanding of the subconscious can reduce this resistance, an area often over looked by many development programmes. Hazel has run a clinical practice specialising in self-awareness and performance management and is recognised at national and international level.
Hazel's focus is design and delivery of tailored programmes for individuals and organisations to reduce stress and provide the platform to improve individual and organisational performance.
With over 5 years’ experience as a trainer, Lenka has worked on various leadership programmes, facilitated teambuilding activities and also worked on developing the well-being of individuals.
Lenka started delivering training programmes in 2011 in the Czech Republic. Her focus at that time were programmes on soft skills and teambuilding activities within the Czech education system. In 2012 she started collaborating as a lecturer with an NGO dedicated to the prevention of Eating Disorders and later worked as a co-author and trainer of a programme on health and well-being. Lenka also worked in HR with another NGO dedicated to helping people with autism where her responsibilities included recruitment, training and development of employees.
As her passion for training and development grew, Lenka broadened her training portfolio with further experience as a trainer and lecturer in the business, academic and adult education sectors where she delivered training on soft skills such as communication, effective teamwork and collaboration, personal leadership and stress management. Lenka was also one of the founders and trainers in a Czech NGO that is nowadays internationally active in the field of non-formal education for young adults.
Lenka moved to Malta in 2015 and joined Mdina International as a business trainer in 2016 where she delivers training in personal leadership and management including communication, teamwork, problem solving, creative thinking and innovation. She also uses her strong psychological and psychotherapeutic background to assist individuals and teams in stress and conflict management, well-being, and in the development of emotional intelligence.
Lenka is able to combine her knowledge and experience in psychology and developmental programmes to deliver effective training that targets personal development as well as the business needs. One of her strengths is conducting needs analysis across organisational levels with deep understanding for individual and organisational development.
Having enthusiasm for her own personal development, Lenka has recently become an NLP Master Practitioner which provided her with a firm framework and creative tools to develop the mind and to lead transformational change both on a personal and organizational level.As a part of her Ph.D. in Social Psychology, Lenka also delivers training for bachelor degree students at the Department of Psychology at Masaryk University in Brno.
Natasha Soureti is an experienced organisational health psychologist. She holds a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Health Psychology and Organisational Psychology from City University in London and a PhD from Vrije University in Amsterdam. Natasha is also a trained CBT therapist and EMDR practitioner.
She has over 10 years’ experience applying health psychology principles and wellness programmes in several sectors including FMCG companies and health delivery (NHS). She particularly enjoys teaching and has been lecturing in the areas of health and organizational psychology, since 2001 both in the UK and Greece. She has been involved in mentoring and supervising students at college level.
She has been facilitating teams in workshops focusing on themes such effective team management, leadership and communication skills, improving employees’ wellbeing (i.e. stress management, smoking cessation), dealing with aftermath of traumatic incidents. She has worked with a wide variety of populations such as pharmacists, policemen, firefighters, nurses and junior-level managers.
Geoff is a Learning and Development Consultant specialising in communication skills, managing and mitigating the effects of stress and directing change in an organisation.
With a background in Retail Management and Customer Service as a Training and Development Manager he pioneered e-Learning and designed and delivered award-winning Customer Service as well as Change Management Training through merger. Since this career, he has been independent for 11 years working with Retail, Financial services, Oil and Gas, Airlines Print media, Education and even a Formula 1 racing team.
Geoff is a Licensed Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) for the Society of NLP and regularly delivers training to students, having trained extensively with Dr. Richard Bandler, the co-creator of NLP and Paul McKenna PhD. He continues to be a Senior Trainer and has lead Dr Bandler’s support training team in the United Kingdom.
With an interest in the body too, and the effects of stress on it, he has trained in Kinesiology as a Consultant and Instructor, and still regularly teaches students. It is with this combination of interests and experience that he works with individuals and businesses to “build great capability through flexibility.”
Katia has always been passionate about business development and employee progression. She has a strong background in administration and office support, in which she worked while studying for her English degree. After graduating, Katia wanted to widen her experience beyond the local scene, so she moved to London and worked in recruitment – first in the Medical field and then recruiting PAs and office-support staff. The latter proved to be very much an eye-opening opportunity.
In Central London, Katia worked in a specialist division focused on recruiting PAs and EAs for top executives within FTSE companies, as well as for major blue chip organisations, financial institutions and Entrepreneurs. She had to balance the urgent demands and last-minute deadlines imposed by temporary needs with the very high expectations of candidates and clients.
Katia’s strengths lie in building and maintaining client relationships. She also has excellent planning and organisational skills. She has gained experience in interviewing candidates, building rapport with clients as well as candidates, organising and delivering highly accurate and confidential documentation while providing solutions based on client needs.
As the Training Executive with Mdina International, Katia is responsible for quality assurance of all training material and provides training support to Associates and Business Trainers. She is also a key person in implementing internal and external projects that contribute to Mdina International’s growth and change.
Colin is an experienced HR professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the industry. Colin provides training, consultancy and coaching services with the aim of making human resources a key component in the successful strategy of a business. During his career Colin has gained experience in all disciplines of the HR life cycle, such as recruitment, audits, training needs analysis, procedures, appraisals and terminations. He has also sat on the board of a number of UK-based companies for more than 15 years.
For the last 20 years, Arthur has been helping leaders to identify, develop and demonstrate successful behaviours in themselves and their organisations. A graduate of the Coach Training Institute in Paris, Arthur uses his extensive experience to coach executives and help organisations to build a coaching and mentoring culture.
Arthur has held many management positions including Head of People Development and is cited by best selling author Dr Robert Edmondson as a global coach and recognised Europe-wide, as an acclaimed behavioural change expert.
He is also an EBW (Emotional behaviour in the Workplace) facilitator. An EI Psychometric System used globally to develop leadership talent and breed an organisational culture of success. He has designed and implemented many Leadership and Management Development Programmes that evidence significant ROI together with Frameworks that encourage employees to own and be engaged in their personal development.
Arthur has carried out extensive studies in the psychology of management and the psychology of coaching and is an affiliate of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
